President Trump showed us the blueprint; I will make sure Congress locks it into law for generations to come.

I will fight to turn President Trump’s proven policies into permanent law so that no future administration can ever reopen our border or undermine our sovereignty again:

• Finishing the border wall system and mandating its completion in statute
• Reinstating and codifying Remain in Mexico
• Ending catch-and-release once and for all
• Restoring asylum cooperative agreements with Central American countries
• Defunding sanctuary cities; mandating E-Verify nationwide; and imposing real consequences on countries that refuse to take back their deported citizens.
• Eliminating taxpayer-funded incentives that encourage illegal immigration, close loopholes exploited by cartels and human traffickers, and give ICE and Border Patrol the resources, personnel, and legal authority they need to do their jobs

By cutting taxes, cutting spending, and cutting red tape, we will put more money back in your pocket and make groceries, gas, rent, and utilities affordable for Central Texas families once again.

I will fight to restore Trump-era prosperity by making his tax cuts and deregulation permanent, unleashing American energy dominance, and slashing wasteful spending that fuels inflation. We cannot grow our way out of this mess until Washington stops printing and borrowing trillions it does not have.

Vote to eliminate burdensome regulations that drive up the cost of gasoline, groceries, housing, and electricity.

I will push to repeal the Biden natural-gas tax, open federal lands for responsible drilling and mining, and stop the war on Texas energy producers.

I will champion policies that bring manufacturing jobs back home, expand 199A small-business deductions, and protect family farms and ranches from death-tax annihilation.

The Second Amendment is not negotiable. The right to keep and bear arms is not granted by government; it is a God-given right enshrined in our Constitution to protect our families, our communities, and our freedom from tyranny.

As your Congressman:

• I will sponsor and fight for national constitutional carry reciprocity,
• the permanent repeal of the Biden pistol-brace rule and ATF overreach,
• the elimination of so-called “red-flag” laws that deny due process, and the defunding of any federal agency that attempts to register or confiscate lawfully owned firearms.
• I will also push to remove suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and other items from the NFA, end taxes on American-made guns and ammunition, and protect veterans’ Second Amendment rights from bureaucratic disqualification

Central Texas deserves a Congressman who will never waver, never apologize, and never back down in defense of the least among us.

In Congress:

• I will sponsor and vote for the Life at Conception Act to recognize the personhood of the unborn under the 14th Amendment
• defund Planned Parenthood and all abortion providers permanently, end taxpayer funding of abortion domestically and overseas.
• protect babies who survive abortion, and repeal the FACE Act when it is used to target peaceful pro-life witnesses.
• I will also fight to stop the Biden-Harris FDA’s dangerous mail-order abortion pill scheme and ensure conscience protections for doctors, nurses, and pharmacists who refuse to participate in the taking of innocent life.

As a devout Catholic and father of six who has personally knelt in prayer outside abortion clinics right here in Central Texas, I believe with every fiber of my being that life begins at conception and is worthy of protection from that moment until natural death—no exceptions, no compromise

In Congress:

• I will fight to ban Zuckerbucks and all private funding of government election operations
• End mass unsolicited mail-in balloting
• Abolish drop boxes and ballot harvesting
• Force the cleanup of voter rolls that are riddled with phantom registrations
• Require proof of citizenship to register
• Mandate voter ID nationwide

I will sponsor legislation to give poll watchers meaningful access and real-time transparency, impose severe penalties for fraud, and finally abolish the unaccountable Election Assistance Commission.

I have spent more than two decades on the front lines of election integrity—long before it became a national headline. I have litigated election contests in state and federal courts across Texas and the country, trained thousands of poll workers and poll watchers nationwide, led recounts in multiple states, and even served on the ground for President Trump’s 2016 recount effort in Michigan.

As a fifth-generation Texan who has fought these battles in court and at the Capitol, I will never compromise on the principle that your property is yours—period.

As your Congressman:

• I will sponsor the Private Property Rights Protection Act to slam the door on federal abuse of eminent domain
• Permanently repeal the Biden-Harris WOTUS rule
• reform the Endangered Species Act so it can never again be weaponized to lock up private land
• and defund any agency that tries to impose “30x30” land grabs or net-zero mandates that drive up the cost of farming and ranching.

I will also fight to eliminate the death tax once and for all, stop the war on Texas groundwater, and require full compensation any time a federal regulation reduces your property value.

Central Texas families and landowners deserve a Congressman who will stand in the breach and tell Washington: keep your hands off our land.

As your Congressman, my first priority will be making sure Washington never leaves our communities to fend for themselves when disaster strikes.

In Congress, I will fight to:

• streamline and accelerate FEMA reimbursements
• permanently waive burdensome cost-share requirements for rural counties
• pre-position mitigation funding before the next storm hits
• finally force the Army Corps of Engineers to complete long-delayed flood-control projects on the Guadalupe and Blanco Rivers

We will also reform the broken National Flood Insurance Program so premiums don’t bankrupt Hill Country homeowners while ensuring every available dollar flows quickly to local governments and families for rebuilding roads, bridges, and homes—stronger and higher than before. 

Central Texas deserves a proven fighter who knows how to bring our tax dollars back home when we need them most.

The Texas Hill Country is not for sale—our aquifers, our viewsheds, and our way of life are non-negotiable.

I will fight to slam the door on this invasion.

I will sponsor federal legislation to prohibit the use of Inflation Reduction Act tax credits and DOE loan guarantees for any new BESS facility within 50 miles of a major aquifer or in unincorporated rural counties.

I will also work to strip PUC rules that force Texas families to subsidize these projects through higher bills and require full financial assurance bonds so taxpayers are never left holding the bag when the inevitable fire or toxic cleanup occurs

Under President Trump, we saw the largest tax cut in American history

I will lead the fight to:

• make every provision of the Trump tax cuts permanent
• abolish the death tax that forces family farms and ranches to sell land just to pay Uncle Sam
• protect the 199A small-business deduction that keeps Hill Country entrepreneurs competitive
• eliminate hidden taxes on Social Security benefits for our seniors

No new taxes, no loopholes for special interests, and no more punishing Texas families while Washington borrows trillions we don’t have
